A Social Sciences prize-winner, John has always been passionate
about understanding human behaviour and how to change it.

of community, identity and meaning from academic study; an
appreciation of the role of politics, leadership and narrative
from seven years as an advisor to Ministers on policy &
communications as Private Secretary, Speechwriter to the Secretary
of State and Policy Manager; personal insight into the practical
enablers and barriers from almost fifteen years experience
of managing large-scale operational change; and marketing
expertise from over six years of working with some of the
best on customer insight, branding and proposition development.
John now specialises in helping clients to develop strategy
and translate it into action. Clients that john has worked
with to date include: M&S, Volkswagen, Argos, BBC, ITV,
Egg, Citi, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, and three NHS Trusts.
