With a particular passion for service brands, Tim has recently helped a major retailer to double sales of furniture, an NHS mental healthcare trust to deliver a revolution in customer service, a UK bank to re-discover what makes it unique in the eyes of its customers and to live that brand thorough new products and services, and an NHS acute hospital trust to re-define its entire strategy, delivery capability and service culture around the needs of its patients.
A graduate of Cambridge University, with an MA in Geography, Tim was formerly CEO of a leading internet consulting firm and spent 5 years at Publicis running European advertising accounts for Intel, HP and Oracle, having previously been European Marcomms Manager for innovation-led IT firm Olivetti, based in Milan. |
