Tim is an april strategy founding partner and a specialist in strategy and innovation. He works across many categories (mainly consumer goods, financial and professional services), wherever there is a problem to look at afresh, a leadership team to align or a long-term growth strategy to visualise. His approach is to bring new perspectives, insights and thinking techniques to bear upon business challenges, enabling management to create their own solutions.
Before setting up april he worked for 10 years as a director at strategic marketing consultancy New Solutions (now part of Omnicom). Prior to that, he spent 7 years in international marketing management with Unilever, living and working in France and Germany.
