With a background in business analytics and experience across various industries, Jess uses her passion for data, innovation and culture change to deliver value for clients.
Innovator, accelerator and data analyst
Jess joined April as a consultant in April 2024. After graduating with a first-class degree in business analytics from the University of Leeds, Jess began her career at Accenture, working to support client projects across a number of different industries. Her passion lies at the intersection between structured solutions and human perspective.
Having a particular interest in innovation, much of Jess’ experience has involved transforming clients’ culture and inventing new products to take to market. She also has a keen interest in sustainability, partnering with an accelerator programme to identify and support the development of start-ups in the sustainability space.
Jess has an adventurous spirit, having travelled extensively around Southeast Asia and Latin America. Throughout this time, she volunteered for organisations in the charity, hospitality and events sectors.
She currently lives in London and spends her free time running, swimming, outdoor-adventuring and at music events with friends.
