Context

A publicly funded organisation supporting European manufacturers needed to navigate multiple simultaneous changes: launching a new business proposition, futureproofing their operating model to respond to potential funding changes, implementing a new ERP system, and introducing a restructured organisation to strengthen accountability. They also saw an opportunity to create a more collaborative way of working across their offices in different locations.
