Jonathan Lovatt-Young is an accomplished experience strategist and service design leader with over three decades of hands-on expertise spanning digital product design, brand strategy, and customer experience. With a career built across top-tier agencies and consultancies, Jonathan has led transformation projects for a broad spectrum of global clients in sectors including automotive, energy, finance, healthcare, and retail.

 

He is known for bringing clarity and impact to complex challenges—delivering pragmatic, user-centered strategies and digital solutions that drive measurable results. Notable successes include leading eCommerce and blended retail programmes for Volkswagen and Al-Futtaim Group, enabling 40%+ conversion uplifts for major South American retailer Falabella, and co-developing leading fintech propositions like PensionPotential and Gretel.

 

Jonathan engages with clients in long-term, trusted partnerships—often as a fractional leader—providing senior counsel from initial strategy through to implementation. His approach is open, collaborative, and always focused on creating value through well-researched, insight-led experience design.
