Change designer and manager

Kinvara has more than 20 years' experience in business change, customer orientation, programme management and employee engagement. With an eye for detail, she is known for her coordination and planning ability, whilst bringing perceptive thinking and energy to the table.

Kinvara has worked as a consultant since graduating from Oxford University with an MSc in biochemisty, gaining experience in a diverse range of sectors, including retail and financial services. One of our longest-serving team members, she worked as an April Associate for seven years before joining as a Senior Consultant in 2017.

Recognised as a people person, Kinvara derives her own energy from connecting with, appreciating and getting the best out of the different people she works with. This is a quality she brings to client teams as well as the internal April Strategy team.

Kinvara gives her time and expertise volunteering as a school governor and pre-school trustee.  Three children, a dog, cat and tortoise keep her busy at home and she has a love for long walks in the countryside, as well as cooking for and eating with family and friends.
