Taha has a proven track record of designing and developing strategies at all levels, from enterprise to business and operational strategies, including execution through incubation and targeted or full scale implementation at a global, regional and local level.

After securing a scholarship to study economics at the University of Birmingham, Taha started his professional career with EY and PwC, where he joined the future leaders consulting programme. He then moved to industry, taking on leadership roles with VWG and JLR to drive meaningful change across the automotive and adjacent sectors. He has a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practical application of end-to-end strategy, combined with a human-centric approach.

He loves complexity and the messy, unstructured, creative thinking that comes with solving problems together with others to drive sustainable growth or competitive advantage for clients.

An accredited Mental Health First Aider, Taha is an empathetic leader who has mentored others during his industry roles. He is also passionate about and has completed training in disaster and humanitarian aid relief. In his spare time, he volunteers and runs a food bank with his local charity and has been recognised by the High Sheriff of Warwickshire for services to the local community.
